Rodger A. Maynes has been licensed to practice law in California since 1985. Prior to becoming an attorney Rodger gained valuable experience employed in the courts in Los Angeles for ten years watching some of the best trial attorneys. As an attorney he has gained experience for both Plaintiff and Defense firms. His trial experience spans almost 40 years. In 1999 Rodger opened his firm in Temecula and has been proud to serve not only the Inland Empire but San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles Counties as well.

Mitchell J. O'Hair has been working with Rodger Maynes since 2009. Mr. O'Hair graduated Magna Cum Laude in his Law Degree program and is licensed to practice law in the State of California. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Biology and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Mr .O'Hair has extensive business experience in the areas of business management, business development, marketing, branding, and entrepreneurship. His Diversity of fields includes manufacturing, advertising, automotive, travel, medical, and entertainment. He has held posts and profit and loss responsibilities as a consultant, owner and partner in numerous enterprises both in the United States and internationally. Mr. O'Hair is an avid motorcyclist with over thirty years' experience.
